The villa
A five-bedroom hillside villa in Sant Antoni de Calonge with sea views, an outdoor kitchen, and enough beds for two families comfortably. Kids-welcome, dog-friendly, and set up for the way expat families actually use a weekend house.

Your hosts
We own and run Joia del Mar. We'll be at the villa both mornings to walk you through the house, answer honest questions about how the membership works, and let the place speak for itself. Bring your kids. Bring your questions. Bring the friend you might want to share weeks with.
Two sessions to choose from
Saturday, October 17 · 10:00–14:00 · Family morning. Personal villa tour, printed lookbook, kids' activity corner, and refreshments overlooking the sea. Best for families with young children.
Sunday, October 18 · 10:00–14:00 · Coffee walkthrough. A relaxed walkthrough over coffee — see the villa, ask the hard questions, and get a real feel for the six weeks that could be yours.
