The villa
A five-bedroom hillside villa in Sant Antoni de Calonge with sea views, an outdoor kitchen, and enough beds for two families comfortably. Kids-welcome, dog-friendly, and set up for the way expat families actually use a weekend house.

Your hosts
We own and run Joia del Mar. We'll be at the villa both mornings to walk you through the house, answer honest questions about how the membership works, and let the place speak for itself. Bring your kids. Bring your questions. Bring the friend you might want to share weeks with.
How the visits work
Each visit is private and lasts about an hour: walk through the villa at your own pace, get a feel for the place, and ask us anything about how the membership works.
Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18 · 10:00–14:00. Four one-hour times each morning, one family at a time.
